We believe that people – no matter what their age – should be allowed to try new experiences without expectations or targets. We offer the freedom to explore nature and its positive effects on individuals and on the world around them.
We will offer the freedom to be curious and inventive, to use imagination, to explore. We will provide space to develop physically, emotionally and mentally.
Participants who come to the woods with Outdoors 4 All will be given the opportunity and inspiration to develop their curiosity, confidence, self-esteem, creativity, empathy, communication skills, knowledge of the natural environment and ability to assess and handle risk.
Both Anna and Steve are Level 3 Forest School Practitioners and hold enhanced DBS Certificates, First Aid for Forest School Practitioners and Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
Outdoors is where I am happiest... and that is a statement I’ve stood by for years. Mum, Wife and fellow Scouter, I love helping people find their passion and enjoy the world around them.
In education, I have worked with all key stages both in the classroom and outdoors.
From personal experience, I truly believe that fresh air is the best medicine and is a great motivator to help you be the best you can be.
I believe that everyone has the right to enjoy and appreciate nature. I also believe that unless we inspire the next generation to enjoy the great outdoors, then we are creating problems for our future.
As a Scout Leader and District Commissioner with the Scout Association, I have over 25 years’ experience with people in a variety of settings plus a great love of the outdoors from hobbies including fishing, walking and bird watching. I have a deep appreciation and love of the outdoors and am always keen to pass on my passion to others.
